**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the doctor in patient consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.
- Perform **venipuncture and capillary blood collection** following proper aseptic techniques.
- Label, store, and transport blood samples as per laboratory protocols.
- Prepare patients for tests, explain procedures, and ensure comfort during blood collection.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical files.
- Manage basic clinical tasks such as checking vital signs, preparing equipment, and ensuring cleanliness in the treatment area.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and infection-control protocols.
- Assist in scheduling, patient follow-up, and coordination with laboratories.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), Nursing, or equivalent healthcare qualification.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in phlebotomy or clinical assistance preferred.
- Good communication skills and a patient-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a clinical environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,272.50 - ₹20,156.16 per month
