**Job Description - Sales Executive (Tele-Sales)**

We are hiring for a **Sales Executive (Tele-Sales)** role in **Gurugram**. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary and incentives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert **hot leads** into sales through outbound calls.
- Effectively communicate with potential customers to explain financial products.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain quality customer interactions.
- Maintain records of calls and sales in the system.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** in loan/credit card sales (preferably from financial services background).
- Qualification**:HSC (12th) and above**.
- **Basic English communication skills** (Versant level 3 and above).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

**Selection Process**:

- **Assessment**: Versant test (Level 3).
- **Client Round**: Telephonic interview.

**Job Details**:

- **Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 CTC + Incentives.
- **Shift**: Day shift (9 hours, generally 10 AM - 7 PM).
- **Work Days**: 6 days a week (Rotational week off).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
