**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all food storage, preparation, and service areas
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines set forth by the company, local, state, and federal health codes
- Schedule and supervise food and beverage staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
- Train new food and beverage employees on proper procedures and protocols
- Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Work with the Executive Chef to develop menus and specials
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and plated in a visually appealing manner
- Manage customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in a timely fashion
- Balance the day’s receipts and prepare bank deposits
- Prepare weekly schedules and submit to the Food and Beverage Manager for approval
- Perform monthly inventories of all food and beverage items

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience as food and beverage supervisor or similar role
- Excellent people skills with a customer service orientation
- Outstanding leadership abilities
- Up-to-date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
