**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible **Last Mile Delivery Executive** to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to our clients. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between FuelBuddy and the end customer, ensuring a seamless and positive delivery experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and execute last-mile delivery operations efficiently.
- Ensure on-time, accurate, and safe delivery of products to the customer location.
- Prepare and maintain delivery logs and submit daily reports using MS Excel.
- Address and resolve any delivery issues or customer concerns on-site.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes and company SOPs.
- Assist in route planning to optimize delivery timelines and costs.
- Maintain professional and courteous behavior with all clients.

**Requirements**:

- 1-6 years of experience in Last Mile Delivery or Operations.
- Must have a personal laptop for reporting and coordination work.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel (for simple reporting and data entry).
- Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, fuel delivery, or related sectors is preferred.
- Good communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
- Willingness to work in a 6-day operational environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
