**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Continental Chef to join our culinary team. As a Continental Chef at Zoca Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of continental dishes to our patrons. From classic European favorites to innovative creations, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and contribute to our menu offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a range of continental dishes, including but not limited to Italian, French, Spanish, and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Develop and execute creative and high-quality menu items that appeal to our diverse customer base.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper storage and handling of food products.
- Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to coordinate food preparation and service during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of atleast 3 years as a Continental Chef or similar role, with a focus on preparing continental cuisine.
- Extensive knowledge of continental cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Certification from a culinary school or equivalent work experience is preferred.
