**Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership**
- Act as a strategic partner to department heads, understanding business objectives and aligning people strategies accordingly.
- Drive workforce planning, organization design, and talent strategy.

**Employee Engagement & Culture**
- Foster a vibrant and high-performance work culture aligned with MasterChow values.
- Drive engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and feedback mechanisms.

**Talent Management & Development**
- Collaborate on L&D programs, performance management cycles, and career development plans.
- Identify skill gaps and succession planning needs.

**Performance & Rewards**
- Own the end-to-end performance management process - goal setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews.
- Partner with leadership on compensation benchmarking and salary reviews.

**HR Operations & Compliance**
- Ensure smooth HR processes - onboarding, exits, grievance handling, and policy compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and reporting.

**Change Management**
- Support organizational changes and transitions through communication, coaching, and planning.
- Act as a sounding board for employees and leadership during periods of transformation.

**Qualifications**:

- 4-8 years of experience in HRBP or generalist roles, preferably in FMCG/start-up/consumer brand environments.
- Strong understanding of business functions, data-driven HR, and employee lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth setup.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
