**ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM**

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Guiding the team on how to adopt Agile practices, processes, and values while acting as a shield for the team from outside distractions and interferences.
- Facilitate Agile events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and focused ; while assisting in shielding the team from external distractions and interferences and encouraging a focused work environment.
- Support the team in adopting self-organization and collective accountability for their work.
- Support the review of User Stories to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and DoR (Definition of Ready) and DoD (Definition of Done),
- Work alongside the Product Owners, Delivery leads to assist with Product Backlog refinement based on prioritization, identify and track Risks and work with stakeholders to mitigate and eliminate
- Collaborate with Product Owners and other Stakeholders to document new processes and make updates to current process documents to reflect changes
- Assist with both internal and external communication to improve transparency and information flow.
- Help in building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or being judged, with an emphasis on problem-solving and where challenges are addressed constructively.
- Supporting the team on the use of planning tools to enable tracking of progress with User Stories and Features via Sprint and Release Burndowns; monitor and surface information on team progress and metrics for stakeholders to provide visibility into the team’s success.
- Contribute to the Scrum Master Community of Practice (CoP), learning from and sharing knowledge with other Scrum Masters.
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

Qualifications:
**ABOUT YOUR SKILLS**
- 2-3 years in Agile Scrum management, or a related field.
- Direct experience with Agile principles and practices is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate discussions effectively.
- Basic understanding of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement principles.
- An agile mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., IC-Agile, SSM, CSM, PSM) is highly desirable but not required.

**NICE-TO-HAVE**:

- A proactive approach and eagerness to learn and upskill in Agile frameworks and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, Azure DevOps.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for helping teams improve and deliver value to customers.
