**Key Responsibilities**:
**Debt Management**:
Formulate and execute effective strategies for debt management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise innovative solutions to reduce bad debts and enhance the company's financial position.

**Banking Regulation**:
Monitor and stay updated with current banking regulations and guidelines.

Offer legal counsel on banking operations, ensuring organizational adherence to regulatory requirements.

**Drafting**:
Prepare, review, and revise various legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal notifications.

Ensure the accuracy, legality, and enforceability of all drafted documents.

**CIBIL Check**:
Perform comprehensive CIBIL checks to evaluate the creditworthiness of individuals and businesses. Analyse and interpret CIBIL reports to inform decision-making processes.

**Agreement Making**:
Manage the entire lifecycle of agreement creation, from initial drafting to finalization and execution.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure terms and conditions align with company policies and legal requirements.

**Legal Research**:
Keep abreast of developments in debt management, banking, and financial regulations.

Conduct legal research to offer well-informed insights and opinions on emerging legal issues.

**Risk Assessment**:
Identify potential legal risks associated with debt management, banking operations, and financial transactions.

Collaborate with the legal team to develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. Strong understanding of financial regulations, debt procedures, and legal drafting. Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. **Benefits**:
