Job Description:

We are looking for a Legal Intern to join our team at MR WebSecure Pvt. Ltd. The intern will assist the legal department in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, ensuring compliance, and supporting business operations from a legal perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research on cybersecurity laws, IT Acts, data protection regulations, and company policies.
  • Support in compliance management and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on legal requirements and policy adherence.
  • Maintain and update legal files and databases.
  • Help prepare legal notices, NDAs, and internal company policies.
  • Stay updated with recent developments in IT and cyber law.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed LLB / BA LLB / B Com LLB.
  • Strong understanding of Contract Law, IT Act 2000, and Cybersecurity legal frameworks.
  • Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
