Matrix Executive Producer

GroupM’s, Content Investment and Distribution Arm is called Motion Content Group.

We are currently looking for a 8-10 years experience individual, based out of Mumbai to join us. In this role, you will lead the Motion Content Projects along with respective the project leads to create and execute content across genres, formats, languages and platforms
- You will be required to lead the end to end execution of all the shows and undertaken by the team
- Scout for Creators and Producers to collaborate and create/ curate content pipeline
- Deliver Premium Quality Content as requirements of the stakeholders, clients and platforms
- Create & Customize Client Pitch Decks and manage brand deliverables and the execution of sponsor commitment on Motion Content Shows
- Work on Group M’s Advertiser funded programs basis client’s objectives

This role reports to: The Product Head of Motion Content Group.

**In this role, your goals will be**:
**In three months**:

- Get a thorough understanding of the Motion Content strategy
- Understand the existing creator partner ecosystem, Content landscape across India and Motions next 3 year vision

**In six months**:

- Develop relationships across key agency stakeholders, partner SPOCs and Global teams
- Play and active role in Content creation with various creator studios across languages
- Handle Brand Sponsor conversations
- Handle conversations with Senior Production Studio heads, Budgets

**In 12 months**:

- Key advisory role on Content Investment Strategy
- Primary source for Content landscape happenings
- Understand platform dynamics and create value through through producer projects

**What your day job looks like at GroupM**:

- Interact and build on concepts which are sustainable, scalable and impactful
- Constantly think on ways to set and improve process to build Value Proposition through Efficiency on Investment, Production and Deliveries
- Regular exposure to Motion Global team
- Be the point of Contact for all things creative.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 8-10 years experience in handling content and production. Preferably having experience in handling brands sponsors along with Content production
- A strong flair for ROI and people ,stakeholder and budget management
- Relationship and Networking skills of the best nature
- Confident in communication and aggressive in action
- Lots of proactive initiative and ability to seek out the right partners
- High degree of tenacity, resilience and an eye for opportunity

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Fluent in more than 2 languages
