**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, maintain, and automate Excel-based reports and dashboards.
- Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query) to analyze, summarize, and present business data.
- Develop customized Excel templates for various departments to improve data collection and reporting.
- Perform data validation and data cleansing to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in data mining, trend analysis, and the creation of actionable business intelligence.
- Provide training and support to team members on Excel best practices and reporting tools.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of regular MIS reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with Excel-based reports and data integrity.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working with **Microsoft Excel** at an advanced level (e.g., complex formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, VBA, Power Pivot).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle large datasets and complex information.
- Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
- Experience in creating automated workflows and reports using Excel.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Information Systems**, or a related field.
- Experience with **Power Query**, **VBA scripting**, and **Power Pivot**.
- Previous experience in an **MIS** or **Business Analyst** role.

Pay: ₹11,570.50 - ₹18,000.00 per month
