**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing information about gold and diamond products.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications, features, and benefits.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service efficiently.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the showroom’s cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma; degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
