- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing information about gold and diamond products.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma; degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
