**Job Title**:Intern Brand Marketing & Strategy**

**Job Type**: Internship

**Work Format**: Work from Home / Office (When Office operations resume)

**Location**:Pune / Mumbai - Willing to shift to Mumbai as required 

**Compensation**:Commensurate to industry standards and based on skill level

**Joining**: Immediate

 

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

Skills & Knowledge:

- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Pursuing BMM/ MBA-marketing / Mass communication / Media or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
