About Us : Diffrenz Business solutions Pvt Ltd, is a consortium of IT companies dedicated to providing high-quality industrial training programs in the IT and ITES sectors. We are committed to fostering talent, enhancing skill sets, and preparing the next generation of IT professionals. We are currently seeking industry experts with over 8 years of experience to join our team as part-time or full-time instructors for our training program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Your responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting training sessions and workshops on Full Stack Development, UI/UX Design, and related topics.

2. Creating and delivering comprehensive curriculum and training materials.

3. Providing practical hands-on guidance to help trainees develop real-world skills.

4. Evaluating the performance and progress of trainees and providing constructive feedback.

5. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the training program remains relevant.

6. Collaborating with other instructors and program coordinators to enhance the overall training experience.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Any bachelor's or master's degree.

2. A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in IT and ITES.

3. Expertise in Full Stack Development, including proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.

4. In-depth knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience in designing user-friendly interfaces.

5. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.

6. A passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of IT professionals.

Additional Skills (preferred):
1. Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.

2. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

3. Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks.

4. Experience working on real-world projects in IT and ITES.
