Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience across various social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and engagement on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create and curate compelling content, including text, image, and video, for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics, relevant conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and moderating user-generated content.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to optimize our online presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and report on competitors' digital marketing activities, industry trends, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management on the performance and effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for different audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to drive actionable recommendations.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia skills is a plus.
- Certifications in digital marketing or social media management are desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
