**The Role**:
We are seeking an **ambitious, innovative, and skilled Creative Designer** who will lead the charge in creating stunning visual content across digital and offline channels. You’ll design graphics, craft videos, and generate impactful statistics and infographics that will fuel our marketing efforts and help us stand out in a competitive industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Visual Content Creation**: Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, landing pages, and offline marketing (brochures, banners, flyers).
- **Video Production**: Conceptualize and create engaging video content for social media platforms, promotional videos, and product explainers.
- **Data Visualization**: Transform data into compelling infographics and statistics to support marketing campaigns, sales pitches, and internal reports.
- **Brand Integrity**: Ensure consistency in design across all platforms, maintaining our brand's visual identity and message.
- **Collaborative Ideation**: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams to brainstorm and execute creative strategies.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in graphic design, video production, or multimedia content creation.
- **Design Mastery**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and video editing tools (Final Cut Pro or similar).
- **Creativity & Innovation**: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling visual content that tells a story.
- **Social Media Savvy**: A deep understanding of social media platforms and how to design for them, ensuring content is optimized for engagement.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate your ideas and collaborate effectively across departments.
- **Attention to Detail**: A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for delivering polished, high-quality work.

**Nice to Have**:

- UI/UX design experience or familiarity with tools like Figma.
