**Job Description: Purchase Executive**

**About the Role**:
As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, procuring, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services for the organization. You will work closely with various departments to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**: Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors.
- **Purchase Orders**: Create and process purchase orders in a timely manner.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best possible pricing and terms.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that procured goods and services meet quality standards.
- **Cost Control**: Implement cost-saving strategies and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to procurement policies and procedures.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and organized purchase records.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
