We are in the process of hiring **Purchase Executive**

**Job description**

Responsibilities and Duties
- Should be strong in Negotiations
- Sourcing new/potential suppliers and vendors.
- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing with vendors
- Planning and forecasting the material requirements
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and vendors
- Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
- Ensuring timely issuance of imported purchase order
- Regular follow up with the shipments and logistics
- Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

Qualifications and Skills
- QUALIFICATIONS /SKILLS: BE MECH. Knowledge on fabrication, Machining and other outsourced process, materials, electrical & electronic components.
- Mechanical background is Preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in similar role
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Hands-on experience with purchasing
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysis
- Negotiation skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
