1. Good Understanding and Hands-on Experience of End to End PCB Assembly of RF/uW, Digital & Power PCB's (SPI, Reflow, AOI, Wave, Conformal Coating, PCBA Testing, component Traceability, ESD, component storage and Handling).

2. Good Understanding on PCBA Equipment’s/ Manufacturing Engineering.

3. To Have good understanding of Various Electronic Component Packages and Component Foot-Print.

4. Able to have good understanding on Various Schematics.

5. Good understanding of PCB layers, Fabrication technology and surface finish & Knowledge of IPC-A-610 Standards for Electronics Assembly.

6. To Work Closely with Engineering Teams, Electronic Manufacturing Services(EMS) and Manufacturing Plant during PCBA.

7. Responsible for defining the PCBA process flow & Preparing Effective Costing Analysis of PCBA
considering the BOM cost and Process Involved.

8. Knowledge of various connectors and cable harness techniques.

9. Define QA Process for Fabricated PCB's and Assembled PCBs and documentation.

10. Actively Participate in Impact Analysis for any Change along with Quality.

11. Responsible in Creation and managing all PCBA Deliverable Documents in Common database.

12. Responsible in Creation and Sharing ECN(Engineering Change Notice) to Manufacturing Plant(along with relevant new data files)

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹41,790.33 per month
