Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct field visits to monitor and assess program implementation, services delivery, and compliance with regulations.
2. Collect and analyze data, identifying trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
3. Provide technical assistance, training, and support to field staff, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Foster relationships with local authorities, communities, and partners to facilitate program implementation.
5. Identify and report potential risks, security threats, and operational challenges.
6. Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as programs, logistics, and finance, to ensure effective program delivery.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, development studies, or public health).
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field operations, program implementation, or a related field.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently in challenging environments.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
6. Fluency in local languages and English (written and spoken).
7. Ability to travel extensively to remote areas.
