**Job Purpose**
- Role is expected to ensure Quality & Timely delivery of Business critical & compliance related projects which includes analysis, finalization of requirements and scope compliance to regulation, participate in design, solution & implementation.
- In addition to this, will also be responsible for effort estimation reviews & sign-offs, Build & Release planning (for next 2-3 releases at least), track AD bucket utilization and maintain operational stability by effective defect density analysis & provide guidance to partners accordingly.
- Contribute effectively for any of the new initiatives in the areas of Enterprise Support Systems

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Obtain acceptance on the project plan from engagement managers, responsible for resource planning, schedule and estimations, reviews and validations, project execution, tracking and monitoring, documentation of concerned projects, project closure and provide billing concurrence for effort consumed
- Responsible for risk assessment and mitigation (risks, actions, issues, dependencies and changes), publish project status reports to concerned stakeholders, presentations(Show & Tell of the project to business users), organize related meeting and publish MOM to relevant stakeholders
- Stakeholder management (Business users, Internal departments and Vendor Team), ensure that all testing cycles are closed and signoffs received as per defined acceptance standards and share required artefacts to release team alignment prior deployment of code into production
- Co-ordination with external partners such as IBM, Accenture, TCS etc., for smooth rollout of the projects.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Accounting background preferably working in the telecom industry
- Certified in SAP S4 HANA Finance and MM
- Project management skills and certification
- SAP/other ERP Implementation in a large organization
- Experience and Knowledge in Finance, planning and budgeting projects preferred
- Sound knowledge in various Effort estimation techniques - Function point analysis, Story points, etc.
- Good telecom domain knowledge for understanding overall project requirements. Proven expertise of prioritize & deliver business requirements in a short timeframe
- Strong communications, interpersonal, negotiation skills. Highly competent in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Visio/Word/, good knowledge on Hyperion
- Ability to drive operational excellence through standardization and innovation in processes/systems/tools.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Degree in Accounting preferably Chartered or Cost Accountant or equivalent degree in Finance
- SAP Certified
- Good stakeholder-management skills to interface with business users, SI partners
- People management skills
- Effective communication and inter-personal skills
- Proactive in approach with positive attitude
- Balanced in handling emergencies
- Experience in virtual team management
- Minimum 15 years of experience in working in Telecom on similar industry having good understanding of various business processes
