**Job Description: Graphic Designer (Minimum 3 Years of Experience) - Surat Location**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop captivating and innovative visual designs for a variety of platforms, including digital and print media. This includes designing graphics for social media, advertisements, marketing materials, websites, and more.
- **Brand Identity**: Maintain and uphold the consistency of our brand identity across all design projects, adhering to established guidelines and ensuring a cohesive visual representation.
- **Collaborative Engagement**: Work closely with our marketing, content, and development teams to comprehend project requirements, target audience, and goals. Transform these insights into effective and engaging design solutions.
- **Time-sensitive Projects**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality designs that exceed expectations.
- **Incorporate Feedback**: Embrace constructive feedback from colleagues and clients, incorporating suggestions to enhance designs and achieve optimal outcomes.
- **Stay Current**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, industry standards, and technological advancements to consistently improve design quality.
- **Design Software Mastery**: Utilize industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create impactful and polished designs.
- **Photography and Illustration**: Create original illustrations and retouch photographs as necessary to enhance design projects.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to both team members and clients, ensuring clarity in design decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within an agency or an in-house creative team.
- **Portfolio**: Showcase a diverse and compelling portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects that emphasize creativity, technical prowess, and design principles.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- **Design Skills**: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- **Creativity**: Possess a unique creative perspective and the ability to infuse fresh ideas into design projects.
- **Attention to Detail**: Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and consistency across all design work.
- **Time Management**: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines while effectively prioritizing tasks.
- **Immediate Availability**: Must be available to join immediately.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based in Surat.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends occasionally to meet project deadlines is required.
