Graphic Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Development**: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital platforms including websites, mobile apps, social media, and marketing materials.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the development and marketing teams to ensure design consistency across all digital channels.
- **AI Tool Utilization**: Leverage the latest AI-driven design tools and software to enhance productivity and design innovation.
- **User Experience (UX)**: Collaborate on UX/UI projects to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain and develop the visual brand identity across all digital and print materials.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders while adhering to project timelines.
- **Research & Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve and innovate our design processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an IT or tech environment.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with web design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Experience with video editing and animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- **AI & Tech Savvy**:

- Experience using AI-driven design tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Canva AI, DALL-E, Midjourney).
- Understanding of how AI can streamline design processes and enhance creativity.
- **Creative Thinking**: Strong conceptual skills with the ability to bring ideas to life through compelling visuals.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for aesthetics and details, ensuring all designs are pixel-perfect and brand-compliant.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to non-design stakeholders.
- **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as the industry evolves.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an IT, Hospitality or Travel & Tourism company or with tech-related projects.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development principles.
- Experience in UX/UI design and understanding of responsive design principles.
