**Responsibilities: -**
- Counsel prospective students to identify appropriate study options including suitable courses and universities abroad thereby ensuring effective use of counselling time.
- To ensure that all the information provided by the student is accurate and correct, prepare and check all legal documents.
- Ensure all documents are updated correctly on CRM.
- Support the student throughout the admission process.
- Prepare the student for the visa interview.
- Help students draft resumes, SoP (Statements of Purpose) and LoR (Letter of Recommendation) for higher education abroad.
- Follow up effectively with students to ensure enrolment activities are completed effectively.
- Assist the management with documentation.
- Maintain the highest level of integrity and ethics in every interaction with students and their families, clients and colleagues.
- Identify new business opportunities in consultation with the management.
- Provide input on marketing or promotional activities to encourage student numbers.
- Ensuring clarity of remarks for all prospects.
- Maintaining the student's database.

Experience of working in a sales driven environment with a strong focus on achieving individual and team based targets.

Committed to work on long term.

Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.

Excellent planning and organising skills.

Passion for providing outstanding service to students.

Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.

Effective team worker, supporting colleagues and contributing positively to overall team’s success.

Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Anna Nagar, Tennur, Tiruchchirappalli - 620017, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
