**Operational Excellence Executive**

**POSITION PURPOSE**

The Operational Excellence Executive will support the implementation of strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality within our chemical manufacturing processes. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimization.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Assist in developing and executing operational excellence strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs.

Support continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Conduct /arrange training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Assisting in Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive accountability.

Compilation of daily, weekly and monthly data of plants for production, safety, utilities, cost, quality and employees and reporting & analysis.

Collect and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Supporting plants for implementing the improvements and innovating ideas through management of change processes. Supporting plants to generate data.

Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization, drive idea generation.

Improvements and excellence are not limited to production & processes but to extend to develop other systems with manufacturing head to smoothen the day-to-day operations.

Supporting manufacturing head and plants to execute smaller projects /modification to drive efficiencies. Supporting in investigation and implementation of RCA and CAPA for incidents and quality complaints.

**WHO YOU ARE**

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Diploma chemical engineers, Industrial Engineering, or M.Sc. chemistry with relevant experience. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in production, process engg & operational excellence or process improvement roles within the chemical industry.

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is preferred.
