**Job Title**: Bartender cum Barista

**Job Summary**:
The Bartender cum Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including alcoholic drinks and specialty coffees. This dual-role position requires expertise in both bar and café operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and a high level of customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:Bartending Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Check identification of customers to verify legal age for alcohol consumption.
- Maintain inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Create and recommend signature cocktails or beverage promotions.

**Barista Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based and brewed coffee beverages, teas, and other café drinks.
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment (espresso machines, grinders, etc.).
- Ensure the quality and presentation of beverages are consistent.
- Educate customers about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and drink options.
- Manage café supplies and ensure timely replenishment.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments (cash or POS systems).
- Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
- Keep the work area, bar/café counter, and seating area clean and hygienic.
- Support team members in restaurant operations during busy hours.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and alcohol handling regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bartender, barista, or in a similar dual-role capacity.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and coffee beverages.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.
- Certification in bartending or barista training is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
