**Position Summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced **Food Trainer** to join our restaurant team. The Food Trainer will play a critical role in ensuring consistent food quality and service standards by training kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, plating, and adherence to hygiene protocols. This individual will also collaborate with management to develop training materials, maintain food quality benchmarks, and support the team in achieving culinary excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Training**:

- Train kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and portion control to ensure consistency and quality.
- Conduct regular hands-on training sessions to introduce new menu items or refine existing recipes.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and feedback to improve team performance.

**Menu Knowledge**:

- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the restaurant's menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Ensure staff can accurately replicate dishes according to recipes and plating guidelines.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet established standards.
- Conduct regular food tastings and audits to identify areas of improvement.

**Hygiene and Safety**:

- Train staff on proper hygiene practices and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Ensure staff understand and follow kitchen cleaning and equipment maintenance protocols.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Develop and update training materials, including recipe guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain records of training sessions, staff progress, and areas for improvement.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the head chef, sous chef, and management to identify training needs.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure they are effectively integrated into the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
