**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the business teams across functions, from app campaigns, social media to education videos for Youtube, both long form and short form
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
- Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project
- Help bring to life an extensive base of content buckets in a user’s journey
- Create high-quality animations, including 2D/3D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects, for various media including videos, websites, social media, and advertising.
- Develop storyboards and visual representations of projects to guide the animation process.
- Edit and composite raw footage with motion graphics elements to produce polished final videos.
- Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce motion graphics.
- Ensure all graphics and animations are completed to the highest standards, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process.
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in motion graphics and animation.

**Requirements-**
- Bachelor’s degree in film, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience
- **At least 3+ years **of relevant experience working with an agency or a brand
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics and animation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of motion design, video editing, typography, color, space, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy and imagery
- Must have experience working on social media videos, Instagram reels, video shoots, etc.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Cinema 4D, and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask, think critically and execute tactically
- Proven track record of finding creative solutions to business problems

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
