**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Understand and analyze software requirements and specifications.
- Prepare detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured **test cases**, **test scenarios**, and **test data**.
- Perform **functional**, **regression**, **integration**, **UI**, and **sanity testing**.
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs using tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure quality deliverables.
- Report bugs clearly with steps to reproduce and proper documentation.
- Perform defect verification and regression testing after fixes.
- Participate in requirement discussions and provide feedback from a QA perspective.

**Key Skills Required**:

- **Manual Testing concepts** and software testing life cycle (STLC).
- Experience in **writing test cases, executing test cases, and bug reporting**.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools like **JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar**.
- Understanding of **Agile/Scrum** methodologies is a plus.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries (preferred).

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**.
- Good **analytical and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a **team environment**.
- Time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology**, or related field.

**Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year**
