**Position: Client Care Executive
- International Voice Process**

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Type: Full-time

**What You'll Do**:

- Provide outstanding **customer service via inbound calls.**
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to process improvements and share customer feedback with management.

**What We're Looking For**:
** Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.**

**Should be Okay with working in Rotational Shifts**
- **Bachelor Degree Preferred**. (2024 Passouts can also apply)

**Max Age Limit 28 and Maximum experience upto 3 years**
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
