**Academic Counsellor - Bilivin Education**

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel students on educational opportunities, admission processes, and career pathways.
- Understand students’ needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle walk-ins, inquiries, calls, and online leads effectively.
- Maintain proper records of counselling sessions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Achieve monthly counselling and enrollment targets.
- Conduct orientation sessions, seminars, and workshops for prospective students as required.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree (Education, Psychology, Management, or related field preferred).
- Prior experience in counselling, admissions, or student advisory roles (preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome).
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
