**Position: Academic Counselor - Inside Sales**

We are hiring **both freshers and experienced professionals** in Academic Counselor (Ed-Tech) who are passionate about education, career counseling, and consultative sales. This role involves engaging with potential learners and helping them choose the right learning program.

**Responsibilities**
- Interact with **80-100 prospective students daily** via calls and video consultations
- Understand their educational background, career goals, and upskilling needs
- Recommend suitable courses through structured counseling
- Meet and exceed **weekly/monthly enrollment targets**:

- Update lead information and follow-ups using the CRM system
