Tele Calling Executive

Job Description:
Make outbound B2B calls to international clients (UK, US, and Australia markets).
Introduce Avhad Enterprises and its services, such as Web Development, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, and Branding.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems daily.
Follow up with potential leads and nurture relationships for conversion.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the sales team.
Collaborate with the internal marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategy.
Ensure professional communication and maintain the company’s brand image during calls.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in international B2B telecalling or lead generation.
Excellent English communication and listening skills.
Strong understanding of sales and customer engagement techniques.
Knowledge of digital marketing and web development services is an added advantage.
Confident, self-motivated, and result-driven.
Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Schedule:
UK Shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
