Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure teams's daily productivity
- Ensure Smooth connect with client
- Ensure timely review meets
- Prepare regular & daily reports
- Collaborate with Trainer/ sales team for process on boarding & continuation
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and operational protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a coordination or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and other reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
