**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman and Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the construction industry. As an Architectural Draftsman and Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural designs and drawings, as well as estimating material and labor quantities for construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure accurate and efficient project planning and execution.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural designs and drawings
- Create accurate and precise quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects
- Review construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Prepare and update project schedules, cost reports, and progress reports
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify work progress and quality
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and contracts
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman and Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Professional certification in quantity surveying or related field would be a plus
