Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and persuasive Telecaller (Lead Generation) to join our team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of identifying potential/hot leads and passing them to the Senior Sales Executive for further follow-up. You will not be making sales by yourself but will instead focus on analyzing leads and determining whether they are a good fit for our products/services before passing them to the Senior Sales Executive. It is essential that you have prior experience in the gaming industry, as this will enable you to effectively communicate with potential customers and qualify leads.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the gaming industry and identify potential/hot leads
- Qualify leads by analyzing their gaming needs, interests, and budget
- Determine the potential of a lead and its viability for the business
- Pass potential/hot leads to the Senior Sales Executive for further follow-up
- Maintain a database of customer information and sales activities
- Provide regular feedback to the team leader on lead generation activities, challenges and successes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team targets and goals

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a lead generation environment
- Excellent communication skills, with a clear and pleasant speaking voice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Prior experience in the gaming industry, with a good understanding of gaming needs and interests
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, and the ability to learn new software quickly

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
