**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces for enterprise platforms with interconnected features.
- Create high-quality designs in Figma, including building reusable components and responsive layouts.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Ensure designs align with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Translate complex workflows into simple and effective user experiences.
- Optimize design speed and efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and iterate on feedback to improve designs.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing enterprise platform designs.
- Figma Expertise:

- Proficiency in creating and managing design components.
- Ability to create fully responsive designs.
- Strong understanding of Figma's advanced features and collaboration tools.
- Enterprise Platform Experience: Proven ability to design complex systems with multiple interconnected features.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, UI trends, and usability best practices.
- Excellent speed and efficiency in producing high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Familiarity with other design tools or prototyping software.
- Basic understanding of front-end development to ensure design feasibility.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
