_**Roles and Responsibilities**_
- Check complaints and services assigned
- Call and re-confirm service/complaint visits of the day and prepare visit plan
- Request Service Manager for invoicing and material dispatch in cases of paid services
- Take receipts of customer on service/complaint form post service/complaint resolution at site.
- Update details and photos of inspection during service/complaint in Mobile App.
- Take support of Service Manager in case of technical difficulties
- Share solar system maintenance tips with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction in service or complaint resolution
- Maintain files / records of complaints and service visits
- Following guidelines of customer visits and feedback
- Ensure availability of service toolkits and safety kits during site visits.
- Achieve targets and timelines of complaints and services scheduled.
- Ensure fastest complaint resolution timely services as scheduled in system.
- Daily and periodic reporting on complaints and services to the management.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES**:

- Technical knowledge on solar system and electrical field
- Technical knowledge to update details in mobile app
- Ability to work under pressure

Must be detail oriented and an active listener
- Good negotiation skills
- Must have time management and reporting skills
- Must have Can-do attitude.

**Salary**: ₹8,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
