- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
- Make sure to follow the defined process and give ideas and feedback on store/process improvement.
- Prepare and analyze reports
- Material Order, follow up for delivery and processing challans.
- Follow methodology like FIFO / LIFO / etc.
- Monthly & Quarterly material consumption report.
- Goods inward along with relevant documents i.e. Invoice, Delivery challan, PO copy. Report any kind of transit damage to purchase dept. with evidence
- Store management i.e. Proper stacking, proper identification, Maintain store safety is a key role.
- Stock verification
- Custody of FG once it is ready and stored properly
- Prepare the GRN
