The Store Keeper is responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items. They play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the store by managing stock levels, organizing storage areas, and ensuring the accurate documentation of goods received and issued.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inventory transactions.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage of goods and materials, following safety and preservation guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate orders when inventory levels are low.
- **Warehouse Operations**:

- Organize and maintain the store layout to facilitate easy location and retrieval of items.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the store and storage areas.
- Implement and follow procedures for the receipt, issuance, and return of materials.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements using inventory management software.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, stock levels, and any issues.
- Ensure proper documentation of damaged, defective, or returned goods.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Collaborate with procurement, production, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding deliveries, discrepancies, and returns.
- Provide timely information to management regarding stock levels, shortages, and other issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
