**About Client**:
A leading Fintech Organization

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Manager, Operations, to lead and optimize our operations within the dynamic Fintech industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning, efficiency, and scalability of our financial technology platform/services. You'll combine your operational expertise with a deep understanding of Fintech regulations and compliance requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Operations & Fintech Expertise**:

- Develop and implement a robust operational strategy aligned with our Fintech business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of evolving Fintech regulations and compliance standards, ensuring operational processes adhere to industry best practices.
- Identify and implement innovative technologies to streamline operations, enhance security, and improve user experience within the Fintech landscape.
- **Process Optimization & Efficiency**:

- Analyze and refine existing operational workflows to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and minimize errors.
- Implement new processes and technologies to automate manual tasks and improve data management.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- **Team Leadership & Fintech Compliance**:

- Lead and motivate a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the team maintains a comprehensive understanding of Fintech regulations and compliance procedures.
- Implement training programs to equip the operations team with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the Fintech industry.
- **Risk Management & Vendor Management**:

- Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks associated with our Fintech platform/services.
- Oversee relationships with key vendors and suppliers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) align with security and compliance standards.
- Develop and implement robust risk management strategies to safeguard financial data and user privacy.
- **Project Management & Communication**:

- Manage and lead the execution of operational improvement projects within budget and on schedule.
- Clearly communicate operational goals, changes, and updates to stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, compliance) to ensure seamless integration of operations within the Fintech ecosystem.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior operations management role, preferably within the Fintech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operations in a fast-paced financial services environment.
- In-depth understanding of key Fintech concepts, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience implementing operational strategies, automation tools, and data management systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire a team.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and highly regulated environment
