Operator- Dozer

**Job Summary**:
The Dozer Operator is responsible for operating a bulldozer or similar heavy equipment to perform earthmoving, leveling, grading, and excavation work at construction or project sites. The operator ensures that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate bulldozers and other heavy machinery to move earth, rocks, and other materials.
- Clear and level land for roads, construction foundations, and other civil projects.
- Follow project plans, grades, and markings provided by surveyors or supervisors.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
- Report mechanical issues or maintenance needs immediately to the maintenance team.
- Operate equipment in accordance with company safety policies and local regulations.
- Assist in routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the dozer.
- Work collaboratively with other operators, drivers, and site workers to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain daily operation logs and fuel usage records.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** operating bulldozers in construction, roadwork, or earthmoving projects.
- Valid **Heavy Equipment Operator License** or relevant certification.
- Strong understanding of site safety and operating procedures.
- Ability to read site plans, levels, and supervisor instructions.
- Physically fit and able to work long hours under outdoor conditions.
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
