**Position Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:
**Digital Strategy & Campaigns**:
Ø Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).

Ø Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align digital strategies with project objectives.

**Social Media Management**:
Ø Manage social media profiles and create engaging content to build the brand’s online presence.

Ø Monitor and report on social media performance.

**SEO & SEM**:
Ø Optimize the company’s website and landing pages for search engines (SEO) to improve organic reach.

Ø Manage and optimize paid search (PPC) campaigns.

**Content Creation**:
Ø Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and text for digital campaigns.

**Lead Generation**:
Ø Use digital marketing tools and strategies to generate high-quality leads for real estate projects.

Ø Track and analyze lead generation metrics to improve campaign performance.

**Analytics & Reporting**:
Ø Use Google Analytics and other tracking tools to monitor and improve campaign performance.

Ø Generate reports on key metrics to measure success and provide actionable insights.

**Market Research**:
Ø Conduct research on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the real estate sector.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Ø 1 to 1.5 years of experience in digital marketing, Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

Ø Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing automation tools.

Ø Strong communication skills and creativity in content creation.

Ø Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (like Canva or Photoshop) is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
