The **Project Operations Coordinator** is responsible for ensuring smooth operational flow and execution of interior projects. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and maintain communication across all aspects of the project cycle—from initiation to completion.

**Project Coordination**:

- Assist in the overall planning, coordination, and execution of interior design projects.
- Support project manager with scheduling, planning, and ensuring deadlines are met.

**Communication & Liaison**:

- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Address any project-related issues or concerns promptly, escalating as necessary.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
- Support the client during the project phase, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Assist with post-project follow-ups, ensuring client satisfaction and gathering feedback for future improvements.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, invoices, change orders, and project schedules.
- Track the attendance of site workers
- Prepare progress reports for internal teams and clients, highlighting milestones, risks, and any deviations from the initial scope.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- At least 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an interior design, architecture, or construction firm.
- Knowledge of interior design processes, materials, and project management tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,088.40 per month

**Experience**:

- interior project handling: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
