1. Operational Leadership:

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of school and branch operations.
- Collaborate with school principals and branch managers to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.

2. Strategic Planning:

- Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for the growth and development of JGI Schools and its branches in Hyderabad
- Identify opportunities for expansion and optimization of educational services.

3. Financial Management:

- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for JGI Schools and branches, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Implement and maintain quality assurance standards across all schools and branches

and travel to all the schools to check quality and there standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in educational delivery.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
