Activation/Client Servicing & Marketing (**MCA WorldWide Events**):
As the primary senior client lead, you will be responsible for the overall health, profitability and growth of assigned accounts. You will be exposed to large, medium, small budget projects and would require extreme attention to detail. You must wear the execution hat, as well as support the strategy and business growth with your senior. You will be responsible for organic growth, managing the Client on a day-to-day basis, as well as providing guidance and mentoring client servicing team members
**Essential Functions**:
Provide strategic guidance, recommendations and leadership on your Client business.Work with seniors and other team members internal & external to manage and oversee all resources to ensure client needs are met.Lead and monitor day-to-day activities; identifying opportunities for new business and account growth.Ability to oversee multiple projects with concurrent deadlines through effective account management.Providing creative inputs, ideation and guiding the team during brainstorming sessions or otherwise.Ensuring the operations team gives us effective cost with maximum profitability. Manage, motivate and develop team members.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills. Demonstrated effectiveness working across multiple business units to achieve results
Manage work load and work process by facilitating regular meetings with team, overseeing updates and accuracy.
**Financial:

Achieves the monthly and annual personal target contributing to the Sales revenue. Develops and reviews Personal Business Plan which is linked to the properties Annual Business Plan.
**Marketing:
- **
Conducts extensive competitor research and maintains excellent Market Knowledge. Constantly monitors and evaluates local, national and international market trends, and the competition properties sales initiatives, in order to make sure the hotels sales remain competitive and cutting edge. Ensures a high level of exposure for the Brand through direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts and written communications, research analysis.
