**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Solution Design & Architecture**:

- Lead the development of end-to-end system architectures for enterprise clients, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and integration.
- Design customized technology solutions that meet both the business and technical requirements of the client.
- Conduct assessments and define the architecture of proposed solutions, identifying the best technology stacks and integration strategies.
- **Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering**:

- Engage with clients to gather and analyze their business needs, translating them into technical requirements.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and discussions with key stakeholders to align on solution design and delivery expectations.
- Provide expert advice on technology trends, system integration strategies, and best practices.
- **Collaboration & Cross-functional Leadership**:

- Work closely with project managers, developers, and technical teams to ensure proper implementation of the solution architecture.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in the integration and deployment of complex systems.
- Ensure alignment of technical teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
- **Integration & Performance Optimization**:

- Identify and mitigate risks related to system performance, integration challenges, and scalability concerns.
- Oversee testing, quality assurance, and deployment to ensure solution reliability and performance.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guidelines.
- Provide progress updates, technical reports, and post-deployment assessments to stakeholders and management.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in system integration, cloud computing, and software development.
- Propose new solutions and methodologies that improve business outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Actively contribute to internal knowledge sharing, process improvements, and thought leadership within the organization.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- **Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or related roles, preferably in a system integration environment.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level integrated systems and solutions.
- Strong understanding of various technology stacks (e.g., cloud computing, enterprise software, databases, APIs, microservices, etc.).
- **Skills**:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
