**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute unique and engaging content ideas for social media, including Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Be the on-camera personality for our brand, representing Betta Threads in video content, live sessions, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and images that align with our brand’s aesthetic and values.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with business goals.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, challenges, and viral content to keep our brand relevant and engaging.
- Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and live interactions to build a strong community.
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategies to improve reach and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in content creation, social media management, or personal brand-building.
- Comfortable being on camera and speaking to an audience with confidence.
- Strong creative vision and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
