1. Operational Efficiency: Ensuring the smooth operation of the body shop by optimizing resource allocation, managing workflow, and minimizing downtime. This includes monitoring the repair process, overseeing quality control, and implementing efficient repair techniques.

2. Customer Satisfaction: Focusing on customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, maintaining high-quality repairs, and addressing customer complaints or concerns promptly. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the repair process is crucial.

3. Team Management: Leading and managing a team of technicians and support staff. This involves recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment. Encouraging teamwork, motivation, and skill development within the team is important.

4. Revenue and Profitability: Meeting revenue targets and ensuring the body shop's profitability. This involves effective cost management, identifying opportunities for upselling additional services, managing inventory, and maintaining good relationships with parts suppliers.

5. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment for employees. Implementing safety protocols, providing training, and overseeing the proper handling of hazardous materials are essential responsibilities.

6. Equipment and Facility Management: Managing and maintaining body shop equipment and facilities. This includes regular maintenance, ensuring the availability of necessary tools and equipment, and identifying opportunities for improvement or investment in new technologies.

7. Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of repairs, customer interactions, inventory, and financial transactions. Generating reports on key metrics, such as repair volumes, customer satisfaction, and financial performance, for management review is typically required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
