We are currently seeking a Transition Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Master Scheduler & Project Coordinator
- Schedules internal and external meetings
- Scribes meeting notes and distributes them accordingly
- Implements customer projects, tracking activities, milestones, and staff requirements
- Well versed with creating and updating Microsoft Project Plan and building reports from the same
- Provides status reports on overall project summary, work in progress, executive support, etc.
- Controls expenditures within limitations of the project budget
- Prepares interim and completion project reports
- Recommends and drives the analysis and solutions of problems
- Monitors and controls the work to ensure that the project remains on track and in control
- Interfaces and communicates with project team and management
- Enforces the defined governance processes
- Oversees all project scheduling activities for transitions and transformations
- Establishes a baseline and critical path once all activities are set and monitors activities accordingly
- Verifies the updates are an accurate representation of the work accomplished and monitors the overall status to escalate missed activities or potential risks
- Follows all organizational standard operating procedures relative to cost modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow and deliverables
- Update management team on overall schedule status, risks, impact, etc.
- May interact with Customer management (including executive management), segment sales, segment services sales, segment management, internal NTT services organizations, and vendor partners
- Provides support on transition and transformation management processes, procedures, tools, and techniques to the team
- Works closely with the team to obtain the relevant information in support of the transition and transformation
- Provide project start up and planning assistance
- Ensure use of standards, processes, procedures, and tools (templates) are being followed
- Participate in Project Initiation and Project Planning workshops and deliverables creation
- Lead Work Breakdown Structure creation
- Ensure quality / completeness of schedule documentation
- Post project schedule on SharePoint (project repository)
- Assist Transition and Transformation Managers with regular status reporting
- Provide execution and close down assistance to Transition and Transformation Manager
